Really quiet inside courtyard room, bed really comfortable, room modern and very clean. Lift access, which is important as on 3rd floor. Complimentary Lavazza coffee was a welcome bonus. The location is in a quieter part of Rome but this is a desirable asset for many travellers and there are many good restaurants in the area. Did I mention that it's only 25m from the Lepanto Metro station (just 5 stops from Rome Termini) and has very friendly and helpful owners?

I had a very pleasant stay at Casa 901. The place is very close to Vatican in a beautiful Prati district. The staff was very friendly and the check-in was flawless. The room was spacious with a super comfortable bed, air-condition and a fast wi-fi. It is a great value for money. P.S. The coffee offered as a compliment was great :)

Love our stay. They waited us even when we arrived after check in hours. They were always in contact with us and willing to solve any questions. As se arrived, they offered us coffee, and gave us a map explaining us the places we should visit and places to eat. The location is great, one block from the Lepont Metro, and we walked 20 min to Vatican City and most of the attraction. Definitely we will come back to Casa 901.

The location of the apartment block is fantastic, it is a short walk away from the centre (20 mins) and Vatican City (15 mins). However, we were disappointed to arrive and nobody was at the property. This is despite it being advertised on Hotels.com that the reception was open 14:00 - 20:30. It was quite misleading. The property is very clean and our room was cleaned on the first morning - if you do not want disturbing there is no sign to hang on the door. We sent a WhatsApp message to the number provided. We tried contacting to say that we did not require room service but did not get a reply. The paintwork in the property is quite shabby and could do with a little attention. There are scuffs and marks on all of the walls and it does not look like the images on the website. We were quite concerned that when other rooms had checked out of their apartments the keys/room cards were left on the reception desk. They were there for the whole weekend. If we wished we could have used any of the other rooms. It is a great location, however it just needs a little TLC and a little more well thought out customer service.

A boutique hotel with 5 rooms in the Prati district. 1.2 km from the Vatican and a 20 minute walk from the city center. We had the smallest room. Which was no surprise by the way. We had no problem staying here for 6 days. We could even fit all our stuff in the closet space. Entering the building go to stanza a(building a) on your right. 3 rd floor. Martina attends to your every need. In perfect English. Good bed. There was a bit of water damage in the bathroom which needs some attention but no big issue for us. We have enjoyed our stay here and would visit again when in Rome.
